Goodwill Fellowship Program
Role: Project Owner | Duration: 48 months
Project Overview
Across Sub-Saharan Africa, millions of young people face significant barriers to meaningful employment and professional growth due to a persistent gap in essential soft skills and digital literacy. Despite possessing talent and academic credentials, many youth lack opportunities to develop the critical competencies—such as effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking—required to thrive in the modern workforce.

In response to this pressing challenge, I founded Impact Axis and launched our flagship initiative, the Goodwill Fellowship, designed explicitly to bridge this soft-skills gap. As Project Manager and Lead Facilitator, my role involved leading the entire program design, developing and facilitating engaging experiential workshops, creating robust mentorship frameworks, and implementing a vibrant peer learning community. Over the course of the fellowship, I also leveraged strategic partnerships to enhance the learning experience and extend its impact.
